Program using templates (Direct Motor Control Kit)

With KeiganCore app, you can build a robot quickly by using pre-programmed templates.

Here, we use the template "Direct Motor Control Kit". You can do simple operation like speed or position control and recording position with this template. 

 

  • You load templates to tap [Load template] in [List] tab. Here, tap to download [Direct Motor Control Kit with 2 Motors].
    (Internet environment is required to load the templates.)
  • If loading is finished, [Direct Motor Control Kit with 2 Motors] will appear above the templates list.
    Tap the cell to load the program. 
  • You scan KeiganMotor from  [Scan] button in [Pairing] tab.  (Refer to this page in the detail.)
  • You move to [Edit] tab and find the loaded program and KeiganMotor icons. Then drag connected colored motor icon to gray-colored of the loaded program. This means that the motor is connected to the program.
  • You move to [Play] tab and control it.

 

Direct Motor Control Kit

Speed Control Mode

SetActive
(ON/OFF toggle) If ON, it starts Speed Control Mode. (Stop to tap it again.)
Speed
Set the rotational speed of the motor.  (rotation per a minute)

Rotation Control Mode

SetActive
(ON/OFF toggle)  If ON, it starts Position Control Mode. (Stop to tap it again.)
Speed
Set the rotational speed of the motor.  (rotation per a minute)
Torque
Set the maximal torque of the motor.
Position
Set the target position to move to. (radian)

REC Control Mode (Only available in Rotation Control Mode)

ResetRecPos
Erase all recorded positions.
MotorSTOP
Stop the motor and make it free.
REC● Button
Record the current position.
PLAY▲ Button
Move to the recorded position by REC● Button. The rotational speed is respond to Rotation:Speed.
